1st Tuesday OT -> Work and Love :)

I experience being nervous esp when you are not able to study well. Do not know where to start. Prayer is the lesson for today is prayer - Samuel and then Jesus. Prayer is as important as work. They should not be separated.

A young man asked about having girlfriend as a source of inspiration to cope up with the demands of the seminary. It is really hard to work without that meaning and joy. Not all these good stuff are good to last or really working.

As I see it, attitude is what matters in work. Work should not really be a burden but something that we enjoy. Not all work are fun but without the source we cannot see the meaning of our work. In order to kill the anay, the mother anay should be killed. If we stay with love small letter "l" and let lose of Love with the big letter "L" then we see the point of anay analogy.

Let us simply go back to the Gospel. Jesus went to heal the sick and the freeing from demons. Our work should be seen in this light, it is helping one another and freeing ourselves from our darkness. Work then is really fun if we find the meaning of it - Jesus healing the sick! The sure thing is that love we hunger for is he Himself is the author and source.
